The itinerary cover alone sets the tone: rich imagery of the Costa Brava countryside, the retreat name rendered in elegant type, and a clear subheader that places guests in the experience before they've read a single word. A hyper-personalized introduction to the retreat, an About WTL section, facilitator bios, and clearly defined inclusions and terms give the proposal the depth and professionalism the audience expects. Every element reflects WTL's brand — the slow, purposeful philosophy, the insider lens on a destination, the sense of belonging that defines their community.

Behind that beautiful front end, Bookable Trips did the operational heavy lifting. WTL set up tiered packages with WTL Member and Non-member options across room types, and a Single Supplement add-on available at checkout. Each also had its own defined inventory, pricing rules, and a deposit structure. Guests could select their own package, choose add-ons, and confirm with a secure instant checkout, with automated reminders handling installment payments from there.

The dashboard made the back end just as clean. From the moment the file was created, WTL had real-time visibility into exactly who booked what, which room tiers still had availability, how much had been collected, and what remained outstanding.
