History Buff • Avid Traveler • Aspiring Author • Customer Success Champion • Safari Portal Teammate

Located in Arizona, Jen Brack brings over 17 years of experience in Customer Success, Executive Assistance, and Project Management. Joining Safari Portal was a natural fit, giving her the opportunity to combine her love of travel with her dedication to exceptional customer support.

Outside of work, Jen is an avid traveler, devoted book enthusiast, and passionate student of World War II history. With a passport in one hand and a history book in the other, she often journeys across Europe to walk the very sites she has long studied. After her first visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial in Oświęcim, Poland, she felt a profound responsibility to preserve memory and truth. Upon returning to the US, she began hosting educational events and working alongside Holocaust survivors to ensure their voices would continue to be heard. This commitment deepened with a six-month volunteer program at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial, where she contributed to efforts to safeguard history from being forgotten.

For Jen, history and travel are inseparable passions. Whether following the Civil Rights Trail in the United States, standing on the historic beaches of Normandy, or retracing the steps of the Jacobite rebellion in Scotland—while keeping an eye out for fairies along the way—each journey brings the past to life. When not immersed in history or exploring, Jen channels her creativity into writing. An aspiring author, she is particularly drawn to post-war Los Angeles and the gritty hardboiled style that defined the city’s literary scene.
