One of the things I like best is that it's constantly evolving! There are regularly new features being added that enhance the offering, coming from a close and attentive consideration of the industry's needs. 

They also provide quick, empathetic support. All it takes is one email and it feels like you're reaching out to a colleague who is eager to solve the issue immediately.
