Safari Portal Sub-processors

Safari Portal uses the sub-processors listed below to provide, host, secure, maintain, support, monitor, and operate Safari Portal as a service.

This list covers third-party providers that process customer personal data on Safari Portal’s behalf in Safari Portal’s role as processor. It does not include every internal business vendor used by Safari Portal for its own controller-side business operations, such as general sales, marketing, accounting, HR, or internal collaboration tools, unless those vendors process customer personal data on behalf of Safari Portal in connection with the Services.

Safari Portal requires sub-processors to process personal data only for authorized purposes and to provide appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection commitments.

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc.

    Purpose: Cloud hosting, database hosting, object storage, backup, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure services.

    Transfer safeguard: AWS DPA; EU SCCs + UK Addendum/IDTA where applicable

  • AppSignal B.V.

    Purpose: Application performance monitoring (APM), error and exception tracking, log management, uptime/host monitoring for Safari Portal's backend services.

    Transfer safeguard: AppSignal DPA; EEA/GDPR processing; SCCs / UK Addendum where applicable for non-EEA onward transfers

  • CookieYes Limited

    Purpose: Cookie consent management platform (CMP) for the Safari Portal marketing site and public sharing links.

    Transfer safeguard: CookieYes DPA; SCCs / UK Addendum where applicable

  • DeepL SE

    Purpose: Translation services for Safari Portal’s built-in translation widget used by customers, users, and travelers.

    Transfer safeguard: DeepL DPA; GDPR terms; SCCs / UK Addendum where applicable if any restricted transfers occur

  • LexisNexis Risk Solutions / Cirium (FlightStats)

    Purpose: Real-time flight status monitoring, delay/change detection, and related traveler notification triggers.

    Transfer safeguard: Cirium/FlightStats DPA; EU SCCs + UK Addendum

  • Mapbox, Inc.

    Purpose: In-platform map widgets. Renders interactive maps showing accommodation, transfer, activity, and other locations; if viewed in browser, loads via Mapbox's JS SDK.

  • Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365)

    Purpose: Business email hosting, shared mailbox management, customer support communications, and internal collaboration through Microsoft 365 services.

  • Nika Consulting LLC dba JetRockets

    Purpose: Authorized software development, bug fixes, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support for Safari Portal services.

  • OpenAI OpCo, LLC

    Purpose: OpenAI API for built-in Safari Portal AI features, including Magic Import, property page generator, and AI text generation.

    Transfer safeguard: OpenAI DPA; SCCs / UK Addendum where applicable

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd. / Paddle.com Inc.

    Purpose: Merchant-of-record services, subscription billing, checkout, invoicing, tax/VAT handling, refunds, chargebacks, dunning, and payment reporting.

    Transfer safeguard: Paddle DPA; EU SCCs; UK Approved Addendum / UK transfer terms where applicable.

  • SnapBill, Inc. DBA PCI Vault

    Purpose: Embedded payment card capture, tokenization, and secure credit card vaulting within Safari Portal.

    Transfer safeguard: PCI Vault DPA / data protection terms; SCCs + UK Addendum where applicable

  • PostHog, Inc.

    Purpose: Product analytics, feature usage tracking, trial automation, and cohort tracking.

    Transfer safeguard: PostHog DPA; EU SCCs + UK Addendum

  • ActiveCampaign, LLC (Postmark)

    Purpose: Transactional emails, including service notices, account emails, password resets, and system notifications.

  • Stream.io, Inc.

    Purpose: In-app chat, messaging, activity feeds, notifications, channels, and related real-time communication functionality

  • UserGuiding / YNOT Partners Yaz. Paz ve Dan. A.Ş.

    Purpose: In-app product walkthroughs, knowledge base, onboarding tours, user activity tracking.

  • Sub-processor change notice

    Safari Portal may update this list from time to time. Where required by applicable law or contract, Safari Portal will provide notice of new or replacement sub-processors before they are authorized to process customer personal data. Customers may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds as described in the applicable DPA or service agreement.
